Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter, Chelsea O’Donnell, was arrested for a third time, just five days after she was bailed out of jail on previous drug charges.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, a car was pulled over by police due to loud exhaust in Niagara, Wisconsin, on November 18. Chelsea, 27, was one of two passengers in the vehicle. The officer noticed that Chelsea had “pick marks” on her face and asked for any identifying information. Chelsea did not have identification on hand but relayed her name and date of birth to the officer, per the docs.

The officer ran her name and birthday into his system and saw she was out on bond for drug cases out of Marinette and Oconto County in Wisconsin. (Chelsea was previously arrested in September and October and charged with child neglect and drug possession.)

After running her information, the officer ordered a K9 to conduct a sniff of the car, which resulted in a positive alert. Law enforcement ordered Chelsea and the others in the car to exit the vehicle. Naloxone, which can be used to reverse the effects of an opiate overdose, was found in the trunk.
